Choosing Love as your spiritual Superpower
To the dismay of many of us in this time, the outer world still appears gripped by turmoil, with potential disasters looming in many directions. Spiritual teachings from many traditions, and others who study human consciousness remind us that human perception offers only a limited view of how things really are in higher Reality. When we opened our physical eyes for the first time, we temporarily forgot our eternal origin, temporarily exchanging it for a collective projection upheld by our physical senses. We can appreciate that we are living in a potent time of collective evolution. As a result some of us contribute to others in various ways. We learn to live in a way that authentically honors our values, the earth’s resources, and our shared journey with others on this planet. However, no matter how hard we work at these things, noble actions alone are not enough to bring peace to our heart.
Those who include spiritual practice in their life are confronted with the problem of how to reconcile the world’s fearful appearances with the truth of divine love. We learn how to work within to resolve the places in our consciousness that need greater harmony, However, the existential questions about why things happen they way they seem to do, why others make the choices they seem to make, cannot be resolved at the level of human perception. No matter how many times we try, we eventually discover that the two seeming opposites – love and fear – cannot be reconciled. A shift of perspective is needed, that carries us above the seeming battlefield, to a higher level of Reality.
The ability to observe our thoughts and direct our attention toward those that help us, is one of our most profound spiritual gifts, When we learn to choose to see things with Love, It really is a superpower because its source is not of this world. Remembering to reach for the presence of Love, we can respond to situations, rather than react to their compelling appearances. The ability to do that arrives in stages. Each of us are more sensitive to certain scenes than others – especially when someone we love is involved. We gradually become more resilient, able to weather all sorts of appearances and remain in our spiritual center.
If you are new to spiritual practice, simply know that if you continue to reach out with dedication, something will come back that lets you know you aren’t alone in dealing with human life. For those who have been on a spiritual path for some time, you have already had experiences that you can lean into when doing so would be helpful. Take a moment and ask yourself what your most spiritually defining experience was. Let that scene unfold completely, in detail. Where were you, who else was there? What did you experience? Recalling this allows you to meet compelling life scenes from a meta-level perspective. You remain clear, able to receive clear guidance and light up the situation with Love.
It takes practice to undo the our reliance on human perception. For optimal results, as early in your day as possible, set aside some minutes for meditation. One worthwhile focus is to simply open your attention to receive the love that is extended toward you by Creator-Source. You don’t have to earn this love, it is already yours, but you must claim it to be aware of it’s presence. Even a few minutes devoted to remembering Love, leaves little room for fear to take hold. Making this choice each day, you are building a new habit, a new pattern in your neural network. Choosing love is a frequency shift that elevates your consciousness. Even through the outer world doesn’t yet operate at this frequency, we can contribute to the collective shift, as we each claim it within our heart.
The problem we have with love, as always, lies within limited human understanding. While our search for love arises from a feeling of lack, and while we believe it is outside us, we attempt to gain it from others. While we settle for human ideas about love our spiritual hunger to experience the love of our Source remains unsatisfied. When we begin to claim the presence of love as our divine birthright, we tune into the spiritual current that flows to and through us every moment. As we persist past the inner (or outer) voices that tell us we aren’t loveable, at some point we tumble down the rabbit hole into the love that we are. It was in us all along, despite our personality’s profound objections, that we don’t deserve it. We have never been apart from love a single instant, despite our denial.
Choosing Love opens the door to the Ascended Realm
As we learn to reprogram our consciousness with Love, we are prepared for deeper experiences with the beings in the ascended realm. In the higher dimensions only love exists, so to enter there, we have to come with an open heart, free of guilt and blame. When we contact angels and masters, the truth of love becomes permanently engraved within us.. Whatever other special expertise these beings mastered during human life, all of them share the core assignment to extend love.
There are some angels and masters whose only focus is to extend divine unconditional love. I will always remember one evening in meditation when that channel opened in a big way. In my meditation practice at that time, I was accustomed to extending my intention for divine connection with a focused intensity. Suddenly there was a presence communicating within my mind telling me I didn’t need to try so hard. I was there, and the door was open. She communicated her name as Lady Nada.
I didn’t even know she existed prior to that night, but discovered through experience that she corresponds to one of the hidden paths in the Qabalah, the Pink Ray of divine unconditional love. She extends the spiritual level of this energy and is indeed a divine overseer of Love’s Presence. If you look her up online, you will typically see her artistically depicted as a very loving, human-appearing female with blond hair holding a pink rose. Sometimes we do experience angels and masters in the artistic forms in which they are portrayed. However, they may not appear in bodily forms – or take any form at all. We might simply feel their energy or note them through another of our subtle senses. Letting go of any expectations that masters or angels appear in a certain way, opens our ability to connect with them most powerfully.
My contact with Lada Nada was in the abstract quadrant. I experienced a powerful field of energy-consciousness extending in cosmic bursts which appeared like multiple exploding fireworks of pink and white light, raining down upon my consciousness. The feeling of divine love was intense, unmistakable, and so welcome! I received a clear impression of her name, although I had not heard of her before. There were more visits with her during the next few weeks (and to this day.) She isn’t in Doors to Higher Consciousness, simply because space did not allow me to share many masters and angels who have blessed me with contact.
For those who wish to reach out to Lada Nada using the method outlined in my book, begin your meditation by visualizing a pink rose in full bloom, which is radiating pink and white diamond-like sparkles against a pure white field. Hold this image for a bit and then let it go and continue with your meditation. This extends an invitation from you directly to her, to come closer and work with you in whatever way is most beneficial. In the days ahead, continue to briefly extend this image in meditation, watching whatever occurs in your daily life. In some subtle way, do you experience greater compassion, greater self-love, or find forgiveness transforming previous life experiences that were not loving?
As you open your heart so that love can bloom more widely within you, you may want to add some willingness for everyone to experience that they are divinely loved – at some point in time, when they are ready for that truth. As unlikely as this seems at the present time, we can hold this as a possibility for all humankind. The spiritual principle is that you cannot experience what you would deny to others. To know yourself as divinely loved, you must grant that birthright to everyone. Simultaneously, it is equally important to surround yourself with only those who are also committed to extend Love’s presence. To bloom in love requires a nourishing environment. Love is what you deserve because it is aligned with what you are.
Set an intention to be more aware of love flowing through your day. Love is all around you when this is what you choose. It is your own true essence, eternally linked with your Creator. Love is the divine superpower that walks beside you all the way through human life, allowing you to awaken into the radiance of your own eternal existence.
